Wow... you're fast!

At some point in time, I felt that there was a little too much saturation going on in the lower frequencies, BUT... this is a harsh synth that is being stretched over a rapper beat.

The mid-range funky sound was class -- good choice and playing for that sound.

Still... it has a lot of soul for something that was constructed in such a short period of time with new patches. Your drums have a hearty simplicity with good samples if it wasn't for how saturated the mid-lows were.

I'm almost afraid of what you'd do with my patches.

lol...thats the standard high hat and snare that load up with FL :P  the kick is a dirty one from my archives though

Well, I don't know whether to feel ignorant of the style (I don't listen to much hip hop/rap), or just plain stupid, but, OK... still good work!

@everyone;  ok, I've listened to this in my headphones, and agree it is kinda muddy in the mid-lows.  not sure how to fix that though, as I am only a so so mixer.

@mr. A:  thanks.  half the sickness belongs to APZX

@APZX and Bman (patch creators supreme):  I had fun with little track.  I've been telling myself I want to blend more synths into my stuff, on top of the "ghetto orchestras" I usually create.  Who knows?  Soul created with bizarre custom flipside presets could be a match made in heaven.

@Bman:  I didnt really set out to make hip hop with this; structurally and compositionally it is classic soul ala Teddy Pendergrass/Philadelphia Sound.  I guess the far out synths made it sound hip hoppity
