Topic: A complaint about Live

Well this looks like the first post on the live section.

I've just started to use live, and I have to say I really like it....

BUT....

The damn thing doesn't have a LFO

WTF???

I'm surprised. But, doesn't Live come with Max MSP -or at least a cut down version?

You could build one with that or find one to download online if there isn't anything that comes with its library.

you can get it as a download, which costs more cash.

there is a lot of hoo has on forums about it.

you can create an automation for it, but its not the same is it?

No that's not the same at all. How rubbish. I'm quite surprised because Live has been under development for several years now and other than this I've heard great things about it.

It's funny because when you look at all the features that you might have overlooked when first picking up FL Studio and then come back to them you realise, "Damn, this DAW is *alive!"

But, indeed, a simple thing like an LFO generating MIDI data seems like a necessary item to me.
